About
BSG Strategies was founded by Susan Gentz in 2015 as a place that innovative education opportunities could be explored. Susan has a policy background, clerking in the Iowa House of Representatives, and serving as a Legislative Correspondent in the U.S. Senate. Upon leaving the Senate, Susan served as a Legislative Associate at Stateside Associates, a government affairs firm in Arlington, VA. She then moved on to iNACOL (the International Association for K-12 Online Learning) where she served as Policy Manager at the time that the Every Student Succeeds Act was working toward passage.
This opportunity proved to be immensely helpful for understanding the new federal law that now governed the land when it came to education, and specifically what it meant for innovation and technology. Finally, her last move before making BSG Strategies her full-time endeavor was serving as the Deputy Executive Director for the Center for Digital Education. It is here her experience went from policy and theories to working directly with districts that the law impacted. Her entire background has prepared her for this work, and specifically to help you connect with the right audience or assistance you need.
Our network and reach expands extensively across the country. Now is the time to connect with the contacts you need to succeed as we all move forward to truly transform education to be student-centered.
